If you’re looking for an HR Adviser role where you will have ownership of case management, be given the autonomy and guidance to step up and represent HR in management meetings, or Union meetings. Have full sight of the entire employee journey from Recruitment, Inductions, ER training and development while also working with the HR Manager on future projects focusing on engagement and retention. Then this role be of interest.
This is a single site role working within a team of 3, but part of larger UK team who support their own sites. The Head of HR is not one to sit still and is always looking at how they can support the business better from the people agenda. It is an industrial environment – although this isn’t a prerequisite to have this experience – and they are known for operating at high a level in their industry.
Without being cheesy they are very people centric, and fully get from top-down that good talent need to be engaged developed and retained.
