HR partnering 2 distinct populations: an industrial site based in the Midlands and a corporate population in Hemel where the role will be based. In addition this role will be take ownership of several HR projects involving positive culture change and engagement.
This is an established business that are financially strong and fortunately have been operating at 95% of capacity during the pandemic.
Their HR team is well respected within the business and work closely with their key stakeholders.
Their style of HR is focused on coaching and guiding managers. They are visible in the business and have a strong focus in areas of Engagement, Retention and Talent.
As a team they are open, informal in their approach and have a strong team ethic. People we have placed within their HR team in the past have always fed back positively on how they have been welcomed and how the HR team operate. They manage by empowering, and measure on outputs not on log in and log off times.
This is as an organisation that for the past several years has fully embraced agile working even before the pandemic.
The successful candidate will be a HRBP, comfortable with coaching stakeholders and offering commercial value to the people agenda. Ideally will have supported corporate and industrial populations. Will be a strong relationship builder with good communication skills.
Salary is c£50,000 plus £5000 car allowance.
