During lockdown they were fortunate to focus to large scale refurbishments and opening new sites.
They are now looking at recruiting a Recruitment Partner who will be responsible for recruiting for team managers.
This will involve running interview skills workshops and to guide and support Regional Managers through the recruitment process. Most of the role will be based at their head office but to be effective it will involve occasional travel to their sites.
This role will report into the Talent Manager and will also have exposure to other areas of talent management, and engagement. This will involve working closely with the Talent Manager to deliver the Talent Strategy. So ideal for those looking to widen their experience within Talent.
Ideally will have internal experience from Retail/ Leisure/ Hospitality. Will also consider agency recruiters who have operated in these markets.
