Internal Recruiter: Salary £40,000 – £45,000. Remote working.
Could you set up an internal recruitment function? One where you get to shape and put in place what you need to attract the best people. Where you are treated and listened to as the recruitment specialist?
This is newly created role, for an ambitious and growing IT company. They are a provider of specialised secure data storage and have secured several long term partnerships with well-known Private and also Public organisations. In the time they have been trading they have been recognised within their industry and are listed in The Times Tech Track 100.
Headcount is currently less than 90 and they are projected to double this in the next 12 months.
With a recently appointed HRD who is now building a HR team to support the business they have a priority for a Tech Recruiter to take the lead in recruiting their upcoming IT vacancies.
In the short term this will be transactional in nature to deal with the immediate IT vacancies. Medium goals will be focused on recruitment platforms that would best be suited to the business, and longer term will be involved in talent planning.
The HRD has previously led the successful transformation of HR in several well known businesses within hi-tech organisations. Their approach is focused on outputs, collaborative management, and they are commercially savvy. They report directly into the CEO so decisions are swift and HR has full visibility of the business direction.
The culture isn’t hierarchical, they are respectful of each other and communication is fluid and is both ways.
The successful candidate will be operating within an internal recruitment function. Will have specialist IT recruitment experience and will be networked within this area. Unfortunately they won’t consider straight from agency recruiters.
You will have excellent stakeholder management skills as will be partnering with the senior management and the executive team.
This organisation has several offices in and around the M25 so must be able to travel to this area for meetings etc, but this is a remote working role.
Salary is £40,000 – £45,000
