Looking for that move to an HRBP but can’t get the exposure to enable you to take that next step? A lack of support in your current role to move away from transactional HR?
This is where you are:
Supporting a medium sized technical population, dealing with the full employment HR cycle.
With support from a Senior HR Business Partner/ HR Manager you are supporting a high knowledge base population, this may be in pharma, IT, or Aerospace and understand the nuances of this this type of population.
You have already gained experience of complex ER. You support, develop and coach managers in line with policies, procedures and best practice.
You’re comfortable managing your HR administration from onboarding through to exit interviews. Preparation and analysis of reports to provide recommendations on HR issues.
Dealing with a population with rare skills set you have experience of talent management and succession planning.

This business is currently in the middle of large organisation change project and you’ll be actively supporting the Senior HRBP and Head of HR with the implementation of their strategic HR plan.
There are planned restructures within several different departments that you’ll be involved with. And several HR projects planned for 2021, where you’ll be ensuring these are communicated and implemented.
