Stangate HR concentrates just on the recruitment of HR and Digital Learning professionals, from HR Assistants, LMS Administrators through to Group HR Directors and Heads of Learning. All of us, from Director to Manager to Consultant,  are highly skilled HR recruiters, with backgrounds in HR.

We’re passionate about recruitment and have all seen HR as a discipline evolve, change and keep changing. We’re barometers of the HR and Digital Learning recruitment market place and ensure clients and candidates are informed of new recruitment or market trends in HR and Digital Learning.

We are a service and customer centric business, and to do this we strive to work with those who we can partner with and avoid practices that erode the candidate experience: lack of feedback, extreme multi-agency psl’s. We are a recruitment not a sales business. We understand that our candidate today is a potential client of tomorrow.
